"GOD Washed"
"Are You Washed in the Blood?"

"These in white robes who are they, and where did they come from?" (Rev 7:13)

(Rev 7:14,15)
"These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore, They are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will spread his tent over them."

The Message: "A man ought to examine himself" (1 Cor 11:28)

GODWAY:
A Portion of Moses Prayer [PS 90:1-4NIV]
PS 90:1 Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations. PS 90:2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God. PS 90:3 You turn men back to dust, saying, "Return to dust, O sons of men." PS 90:4 For a thousand years in your sight are like a day that has just gone by, or like a watch in the night.

Centre of Hope [Isaiah 66:1,2]
[ISA 66:1] This is what the LORD says:
"Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Where will my resting place be? ISA 66:2 Has not my hand made all these things, and so they came into being?" declares the LORD.
"This is the one I esteem:
he who is humble and contrite in spirit, and trembles at my word.

GOD's Compassion expressed to Jonah [Jonah 4:5,6,10,11 NIV]
JNH 4:5 Jonah went out and sat down at a place east of the city. There he made himself a shelter, sat in its shade and waited to see what would happen to the city. [6] Then the LORD God provided a vine and made it grow up over Jonah to give shade for his head to ease his discomfort, and Jonah was very happy about the vine.
JNH 4:10 But the LORD said, "You have been concerned about this vine, though you did not tend it or make it grow. It sprang up overnight and died overnight. [11] But Nineveh has more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who cannot tell their right hand from their left, and many cattle as well.
Should I not be concerned about that great city?"

GOD's Grace reigning through Righteousness [Told by Paul in Romans 6]
RO 6:1 What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? [2] By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? [3] Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? [4] We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. RO 6:5 If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection. [6] For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin-- [7] because anyone who has died has been freed from sin. RO 6:8 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. [9] For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him. [10] The death he died, he died to sin once for all; but the life he lives, he lives to God. RO 6:11 In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. [12] Therefore
do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. [13] Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God, as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer the parts of your body to him as instruments of righteousness. [14] For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under law, but under grace. RO 6:15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! [16] Don't you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey--whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness? [17] But thanks be to God that, though you used to be slaves to sin, you wholeheartedly obeyed the form of teaching to which you were entrusted. [18] You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness. RO 6:19 I put this in human terms because you are weak in your natural selves. Just as you used to offer the parts of your body in slavery to impurity and to ever-increasing wickedness, so now offer them in slavery to righteousness leading to holiness. [20] When you were slaves to sin, you were free from the control of righteousness. [21] What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death! [22] But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. [23] For the wages of sin is death, but
the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

GOD's Word is forever, everlasting according to David's Psalm 23
PS 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. PS 23:5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
PS 23:6 Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

GOD's Words through Jeremiah, the prophet, to encourage Baruch
JER 45:4 The LORD said, "Say this to him: `This is what the LORD says: I will overthrow what I have built and uproot what I have planted, throughout the land. [5] Should you then seek great things for yourself? Seek them not. For I will bring disaster on all people, declares the LORD, but
wherever you go I will let you escape with your life.' "

GOD's Word of Warning through Paul in the second book of Timothy
2TI 3:1
But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. [2] People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, [3] without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, [4] treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God-- [5] having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.

GOD's Way of Salvation (As related by Peter in the book of Acts)
AC 2:36 "God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ." AC 2:37 When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, "Brothers, what shall we do?" AC 2:38 Peter replied, "
Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. [39] The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off--for all whom the Lord our God will call."

Come, Lord, as JESUS taught us to Pray in the Gospel Matthew
MT 6:10
"Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven."

AC 2:1
When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. [2] Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. [3] They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. [4] All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

GOD's Word (Ethan the Ezrahite Ps 89:15-29)
PS 89:15 Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. They rejoice in your name all day long; they exult in your righteousness. For you are their glory and strength, and by your favor you exalt our horn. Indeed, our shield belongs to the LORD, our king to the Holy One of Israel. Once you spoke in a vision, to your faithful people you said: "I have bestowed strength on a warrior; I have exalted a young man from among the people.
I have found David my servant; with my sacred oil I have anointed him.
My hand will sustain him; surely my arm will strengthen him. No enemy will subject him to tribute; no wicked man will oppress him. I will crush his foes before him and strike down his adversaries.
My faithful love will be with him, and through my name his horn will be exalted. I will set his hand over the sea, his right hand over the rivers.
He will call out to me, `You are my Father, my God, the Rock my Savior.'
I will also appoint him my firstborn, the most exalted of the kings of the earth. I will maintain my love to him forever, and my covenant with him will never fail.
I will establish his line forever, his throne as long as the heavens endure.

Confession; GOD is a forgiver (David's, after adultery, plea Psalm 51:1-15)
PS 51:1 Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion
blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me. Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight, so that you are proved right when you speak and justified when you judge.
Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me. Surely you desire truth in the inner parts; you teach me wisdom in the inmost place.
Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.
Let me hear joy and gladness; let the bones you have crushed rejoice.
Hide your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquity. Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.
Then I will teach transgressors your ways, and sinners will turn back to you. Save me from bloodguilt, O God, the God who saves me, and my tongue will sing of your righteousness. O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will declare your praise.

JESUS Anointed at Bethany (Mk 14:3NIV)
MK 14:3 While he was in Bethany, reclining at the table in the home of a man known as Simon the Leper,
a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, made of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head.
MK 14:4 Some of those present were saying indignantly to one another, "Why this waste of perfume? [5] It could have been sold for more than a year's wages and the money given to the poor." And they rebuked her harshly. MK 14:6
"Leave her alone," said Jesus. "Why are you bothering her? She has done a beautiful thing to me. [7] The poor you will always have with you, and you can help them any time you want. But you will not always have me. [8] She did what she could. She poured perfume on my body beforehand to prepare for my burial. [9] I tell you the truth, wherever the gospel is preached throughout the world, what she has done will also be told, in memory of her."

GOD's Word for Commitment (through Joshua in Jos 24:15)
If serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living.
But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."
