Message:
[JN 3:16NIV] "For God so
loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him
shall not perish but have eternal life.
'SALVATION'
[Isaiah 32:1-4) See, a king will
reign in righteousness and rulers will rule with justice. Each man will be like
a shelter from the wind and a refuge from the storm, like streams of water in
the desert and the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land.
Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed, and the ears of those
who hear will listen.
The mind of the rash will know and understand, and the stammering tongue will
be fluent and clear.
GODWAY:
[JN 12:44-46] Jesus cried out, "When a man believes in me, he
does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. When he looks at me,
he sees the one who sent me. I have come into the world as a light, so that no
one who believes in me should stay in darkness.
[JN 14:1-6] "Do not let your hearts
be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many
rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a
place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and
take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the
place where I am going."
Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don't know where you are going, so how can
we know the way?"
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to
the Father except through me.
[JN 3:16,17] "For God so loved
the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall
not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world
to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
[AC 4:12] Salvation is found in no
one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must
be saved."
[1JN 5:6-12] This is the one who
came by water and blood--Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by
water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the
truth. For there are three that testify: the Spirit, the water and the blood;
and the three are in agreement. We accept man's testimony, but God's testimony
is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his
Son. Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart.
Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because he has
not believed the testimony God has given about his Son. And this is the
testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who
has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.
[JOHN 3:1-15] There was a man of
the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by
night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God:
for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man
be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter
the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water
and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is
born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where
it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it
cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not
these things? Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and
testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if
I tell you [of] heavenly things? And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he
that came down from heaven, [even] the Son of man which is in heaven. And as
Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be
lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal
life.

[ISA 53:4-6] Surely he took up our
infirmities and carried our sorrows,
yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he
was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the
punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.
We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way;
and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
[Eph 2:4-9] Because of his great
love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we
were dead in transgressions--it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised
us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ
Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches
of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by
grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is
the gift of God-- not by works, so that no one can boast.
[Ro 6:23b] The gift of God is
eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
[Acts 16:31] "Believe in the
Lord Jesus, and you will be saved--you and your household."
[Acts 2:38-39] "Repent and be
baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of
your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for
you and your children and for all who are far off--for all whom the Lord our
God will call."
[HEB 10:19-24] Therefore,
brothers(sisters), since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the
blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that
is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us
draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our
hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed
with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who
promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward
love and good deeds.
